Bill Pay
Effective Monday, April 21, 2014

In preparation for the upcoming integration of your Florida Shores Bank account into the Stonegate Bank system, access to Bill Pay has been discontinued. Payments with a due date on or prior to Friday, April 25, 2014, will be made by the Florida Shores Bank service. Payments with a due date after Friday, April 25, 2014, will be made by Stonegate Bank service. All pending bill payments will be made, all recurring payments will continue to be paid except for Pop-Money transfers, and all payees will transfer to the new system. You will be able to access Stonegate's bill pay system starting Monday, April 28, 2014.

WebConnect
Existing Quicken®, and QuickBooks®, users must contact the bank prior to conversion for special instructions.  In order to ensure a smooth transition you will need to take specific actions in these instructions prior to Friday, April 25.  It is critical that your transactions are downloaded prior to the conversion as only 30 days of history will be available after conversion.  Prior to Friday, April 25, you will need to deactivate your accounts, within your Intuit product, from Florida Shores Bank.  On or after Monday, April 28, you will have the ability to reactivate your service with Stonegate Bank using the instructions we provide you.  Stonegate Bank offers both Web Connect and Direct Connect connectivity. You will be able to switch to Direct Connect, if desired, only after re-establishing your Web Connect service.  Please contact your branch office or Commercial Services at (877) 641-8500 for either a Conversion Guide if you are an existing user of either Quicken or Quickbooks, or for a Quick Start Guide if you would like to use the Direct Connect Connectivity with Quicken or Quickbooks after April 28.  In order to provide you the appropriate documentation, you will need to provide which operating system you use (Windows or MAC) as well as the version of Quicken or QuickBooks you utilize.

Business Bill Pay

Remote Deposit utilizes a desktop scanner that connects to your PC and the Internet. With it, you can scan checks received from customers and issue deposits electronically to your Florida Shores Bank account anytime, day or night.
